The Court of Appeal has constituted the Kogi State National and State Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal.
A statement by the Secretary of the Tribunal, Regina T. Kuhe, said the President, Court of Appeal, Justice M. B Dongban-Mensem approved the constitution in line with the amended Electoral Act 2022.
According to the statement, the Chief Judge of Kogi State, Justice Josiah Joe Majebi has equally granted the use of Court 5, High Court of Justice, Headquarters, Lokoja for the sitting of the Tribunal.
The statement added that further inquiry can be gotten from the Secretary/Secretariat of the Tribunal at the Court 5, High Court of Justice Headquarters Lokoja.
