Ndoma-Egba appointed Arbitrator by FHC Chief Judge

Distinguished Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba has been appointed an Arbitrator at the Federal High Court Alteration Dispute Resolution Centre by the Hon. Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice John Tsoho.

This appointment is contained in a letter dated 1st March, 2023 addressed to Senator Ndoma-Egba by Zainab Hassan Bio Esq. Assistant Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court who also conveyed her congratulations and those of the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court to him.

Senator Ndoma-Egba, a Life Bencher and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), is a long standing member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

The appointment has been described as well-deserved  and a mark of honour for the former Senate Leader and ex-Chairman Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) who has contributed in no small measure to the growth and sustenance of democracy as an accomplished lawyer and astute politician.
