Rhe Maigari Lokoja, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi 1V, has passionately appealed to Kogi people to support the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, urging citizens to strengthen the thread of
Peace, unity and goodwill.
In a statement signed by the monarch on Sunday in Lokoja, and made available to journalists, the Maigari congratulated Governor Ododo and his administration on his first year in office and appealed to kogites to give their blessings and support to the government.
He expressed his wish for a successful tenure in office by the Ododo administration.
The statement read: “His Royal Highness, Maigari of Lokoja and Chairman Lokoja local government Council of Chiefs, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi 1V, extends his best wishes to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on the completion of his first year in office.
“The Royal father appealed to all his Subjects and kogites in general to continue to strengthen the thread of peaceful Co-existence, unity and goodwill.
“He also appealed to them to give their blessings and support to the Ododo administration so that it can succeed in its efforts to build a Kogi state of our dreams.
“Maigari expressed his wish for a successful tenure in office by the Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo administration.”
