The former Senator who represented Kogi Central Senatorial district, Engr. Abubakar Ohere, has that he was deeply saddened by the news of the demise of a father, Dr. Tom Aaze Adaba.
In condolence message personally signed by Sen. Abubakar Sadiku Ohere, FNSE, and titled “To my Good People of Kogi Central” said the passing of an elder statesman is like the burning of a great library, a lifetime of wisdom, stories, and lessons now beyond our reach.
He however noted that “Yet, the warmth of their guidance, the depth of their love, and the imprint of their knowledge remain with us, shaping who we are.
“His commitment to the upliftment of Ebira people and Kogi State earned him reverence as a father figure and icon.
“His wisdom, courage, and firm commitment to Ebira cause were unparalleled. He remained vocal and actively contributed to the development of Ebiraland, Kogi State, and Nigeria until his last breath.
“May we, therefore, find comfort in the memories he left behind and strength in knowing that his legacy lives on through us. My thoughts and prayers are with all of us and his immediate family during this difficult time.
