This year’s theme, “Ripples,” underscored the power of ideas; how one thought, one voice, and one action can create waves of impact that extend far beyond the present moment.
From a call by the Council of British International Schools (COBIS) to host its first TEDx event in Africa, Start-Rite Schools embraced the opportunity to lead the way, setting a new benchmark for TEDx youth events on the continent. The result? A dynamic, thought-provoking, and globally connected edition, featuring speakers from Japan, Luxembourg, and Nigeria, as well as student speakers from elite institutions in Africa including:
