The parliamentarian representing Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency in the Green Chamber of the National Assembly, Rep Bassey Akiba, has applauded Governor Bassey Edet Otu for his pragmatic leadership, unflinching commitment and unrelenting efforts to transform Cross River State for the betterment the people.
Rep Akiba, a grassroots politician who is the Deputy Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Healthcare Services, gave the applause in a congratulatory message to the governor on the commissioning of the remodelled Cross River library complex and two additional aircraft to Cally Air fleet.
