The death of your patriarch at the ripe age of 83 was not only epochal, but a wave of reminisce of the quality of life he imprinted on his nuclear family, the immediate community, Kogi state and Nigeria, which will in no doubt continue to fire the moral spirits of all of us.
His death just as Norman Cousins captures it aptly’ “Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live. We would not agree less with Norman, as Daddy had exhibited his God given talents to serve humanity. Your father was a kindhearted family man, whose premium on his children and close relationship was unequal.
I as your mentee, have been consoled by the fact that death is to live defeated and inglorious is to die daily. “Your dad’s amazing personality lives on through you. Sending you love during this difficult time.
My joy knows no bounds, for the quality of personalities, the President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President, Kashim Shetima, members of Governors forum, Nass members, top officials of Kogi state government officials, Captain of industries, diplomatic corps , and very many personalities too numerous to mention, who came to pay their last respect for your patriarch.
