The Member representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, Hon. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem, alongside the Executive Chairman of Ajaokuta Local Government Area, Hon. Haruna Ogido, has inspected the ongoing renovation works at the Ajaokuta Local Government Secretariat.
During the inspection, Hon. Sanni recalled that he began his civil service career at the secretariat and noted that the facility, built about 32 years ago, had never undergone such a significant facelift until now.
He expressed deep appreciation to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his remarkable infrastructural strides across Ajaokuta and for prioritizing the renovation of key public facilities. The lawmaker also commended Hon. Haruna Ogido for his humility, diligence, and commitment to improving local governance, especially his proactive efforts toward enhancing security within the area.
In his goodwill message to constituents, Hon. Sanni urged the people of Ajaokuta to remain patient and supportive, assuring them that more development projects are underway under the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led administrations of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
He further encouraged citizens to continue abiding by the rule of law and to engage in constructive criticism, which he described as a positive tool to help them perform better as a leader
