World Teachers’ Day: Ndoma-Egba’s message to Start-Rite teachers

Spread the love

Dear Teachers of Start-Rite Schools,

On this World Teachers’ Day (October 5), I celebrate you, the heart and strength of our school. Each day, you embrace the noble task of shaping young minds, instilling values, and building the foundation for future leaders. Your work extends beyond teaching; it builds confidence, character, resilience, and a sense of purpose in every child entrusted to your care. THANK YOU!

As we reflect on the global theme for this year, I urge you to renew your commitment to our shared values: professionalism, responsibility, integrity, diligence, and excellence. These are not just guiding words; they are the habits that define who we are and the standards that move us closer to our vision of Becoming The School, the model of what education should represent.

I encourage you to keep raising the standard in your classrooms, in your relationships with students and parents, and in the way you support one another as colleagues. Let responsibility speak through your actions, let integrity guide your choices, let diligence drive your daily practice, and let excellence be the signature of your work.

As you give your best to your students each day, please know that the leadership of Start-Rite Schools remains deeply committed to your growth, well-being, and professional fulfillment. We will continue to foster an environment where teachers feel supported, respected, and inspired to thrive.

Your efforts are seen, valued, and greatly appreciated. Together, we will build The School… a learning institution that sets standards for student-learning, character building, and instilling a sense of purpose and leadership.

With my deepest appreciation,

Distinguished Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba, OFR, CON, LL.D., SAN
Chairman, Start-Rite Schools Advisory Board
