Clergyman calls for synergy among the people to overcome Nation’s Challenges.

–As Permanent secretary, ministry Health host thanksgiving.

The Pastor in-charge of Dwelling Place Chapel, AKA Living Gospel Ministries, in Eganyi, Ajaokuta Local Government Area of Kogi State, Pastor Joseph Otohinoyi, has called of Nigerians to join hands together with the government to overcome the challenges facing the people.

The clergyman also predicted that the insecurity in the nation is confronted with, will soon be a thing of the past, admonishing the people to be among the repairers instead of destroyers.

Pastor Otohinoyi who stated this during a thanks giving in honour of Hon. Momoh Steven Aziz, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, noted that building an enduring society is the responsibility of all citizens

“We must all strive to be among those building a better society instead being counted among the destroyers. I want to assure you that the present insecurity in the land will soon be a thing of the past.

He commended the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for appointing Hon. Aziz as permanent secretary in the State, and enjoined him to render quality service to the State.

“You must give your all in serving humanity. You are appointed to serve the people and not any particular religion, ethnic group or family members. Whatever you do with the office will either stand in your favour or against you. The Pastor stressed

In his remarks, Hon. Momoh Steven Aziz, thanked the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, for appointing him as Permanent Secretary Cabinet and subsequently Health.

He prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the Governor and commended his dedication to excellence and the welfare of the people, and pledged his total loyalty and steadfast commitment to the success of the Ododo administration.

During the ceremony, the church presented him with an Award of Excellence in recognition of his outstanding contributions, dedication, and support to the Body of Christ. The church leadership noted that his impact was significant, visible, and deeply appreciated.

Testimonies poured in from various speakers who described Mr. Momoh Aziz Steven as a man of integrity, humility, and genuine passion for service. They praised his honesty, dedication, and consistent efforts to uplift others, noting that “so many good things can be said about him.”

The ceremony was attended by notable personalities, including traditional rulers, political leaders, heads of institutions, and community stakeholders.

Among those present are; HRH Chief Mohammed Adambe, Adogu of Eganyi; HRH Mall. Idris Abogu, Ovanebira of Eganyi; Hon. Bode Ogunmola, Member, Kogi State House of Assembly (Ogori-Magongo); Hon. Hussain Balogun; and Hon. Mohammed Haruna Ganaja Special Advisers.

Others are the Provost of the College of Nursing, Obangede; the Provost, College of Health Sciences and Technology, Idah; the DLG of Ajaokuta LGA; Hon. Siyaka Raji, Directors from Kogi State Ministry of Health, Chairman, CAN, Ajaokuta LGA, Pastors from other denominations, and many other dignitaries, friends, and well-wishers who came to celebrate with him.

The permanent secretary later paid visits to prominent traditional rulers across the Local Government, including the Ohi of Ajaokuta, Onu of Ajaokuta, among others.
