CHILDREN’S DAY: Abubakar Ibrahim, Felicitates With Kogi Children

May 27 is traditionally the Children’s holiday in Nigeria. First established by the United Nations in 1964, the day remain important in the lives of many Nigerian Kids.

On this day every year, Children are granted a holiday while several social activities are centred on them. But in Kogi State today, the story is different as a result of economic standstill in the State by the incumbent Government.

Today, His Excellency, Alh. Abubakar Ibrahim Idris, honestly feel for the Children in Kogi State as their welfare is seriously an issues since the salaries of their parents are not being paid, markets are not moving for the business men and women, farmers products are suffering because of low patronages.

Despite all these challenges that made everything standstill in the state, our resilient kogites are still coping with life but in a hard way.

God’s willing, all the challenges will be corrected when i ascend to power as Governor of Kogi State.
