Governor Yahaya Bello’s administration is a total failure. I have a neighbor a nurse whose salary for 2 years was not paid because of clearance issue. She eventually got cleared in October last year, she only received November 2018 salary. From December till now, this poor widow with 3 kids (2 in junior school and 1 in primary) is yet to receive a dime. And yet GYB said he is not owing salary.
