Kogi APC expresses shock over death of it’s Kogi East elders council chairman, Ocheje



The All Progressive Congress, (APC) in Kogi state has expressed shock over the death of one of his members and the chairman of it’s Kogi East elders council, Alhaji Linco Ocheje.

Alhaji Ocheje, 69 hails from Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi state.

In statement signed by the state chairman,Hon Abdullahi Bello
Said that the party “deeply regret to announce the death of the Elders Advisory Council Leader of Kogi East, Alh Linco Ocheje today the 21st June, 2019 after a brief illness.

“Indeed, no one prepares for the loss of a loved one; it comes like a swift wind.

“The All Progressives Congress takes comfort in those positive, impactful and success-attractive times shared with Late Alh Linco Ocheje before he passed away.

“In this tough time, may our sympathy and heartfelt condolences bring to his family, Kogi East and Kogi State comfort.

“Alh Linco can not be forgotten as far as Kogi State history is concerned.

“We pray God strengthen the families he left behind and may his soul rest in everlasting peace & may God grant him Aljanah Firdaus.
