Kogi Governorship: Group To Purchase PDP Nomination Form For Abubakar Ibrahim.

Ahead of the purchase of nomination form for the forthcoming governorship election in Kogi State, a Youth Group, Kogi Youth Alliance, has indicated interest to purchase the Peoples Democratic Party governorship nomination form for Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim.

Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim is currently the man of the moment, as his aspiration to govern the state in 2020 has attracted wide spread support from party faithfuls, and other shades of opinions.

Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim is a businessman, with interest in oil and gas, has a vast support base in the agriculture and hospitality industry.

In a Press conference held in Lokoja, the President, Kogi Youth Alliance, Oluwafemi Temitope, said the group has put together the money for the purchase of the nomination form for Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, described it as their modest support towards moving the state forward.

The group noted that the decision to buy the nomination form is borne out of the need to support a man with capacity and administrative acumen, described the aspirant as best for the state.

Recalled that Kogi Youths Alliance had sometimes last year purchased the letter of intent and expression form for Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim, said the plan to purchase the nomination form is their avowed commitment to ensuring that the state has the best of leadership in the next dispensation.

Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim holds amongst others a master degree in International Diplomacy, is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

The group called on the people to continue in their support for the aspirant, assuring that having come from a family with track records for purposeful service, he would bring his wealth of administrative experience to bear in making the state the envy amongst comity of states in Nigeria
