Uniliver, Iduh integrated Services donated items worth millions of naira to flood victims in Kogi

Uniliver Plc in conjunction with the Iduh Integrated Services Kogi State has donated relief materials worth millions of naira to Internally Displaced Persons in Kogi State.
Delivering the items to Kogi State Government, the Representatives of Uniliver and Integrated services, Olumaya Gbenga and Pharmacist Peter Yakubu Idah respectively, said their organizations were moved by the plights of those who were displaced by the recent flooding in the state.
Speaking on behalf of the groups, Pharmacist Idu urged the government to use the items for the benefits of the affected persons,assuring that a monitoring mechanism will be put in place to ensure that the items gets to the targeted persons.
He noted that their organizations sympathized with the people who had to move out of their comfort zones because of the unfortunate incident.
He called on other organizations and well to do to do individuals to come to the aid of the people so as to ameliorate their sufferings, saying that anyone can become victims of this unfortunate natural disaster.
According to him, their organizations would continue to explore other areas of interventions to provide succour for the flood victims.
“We shall continue to assist them until they are out of this situation. We are going to exploit our avenue to bring succour to them. Iduh stressed.
