We must build on the  legacies of Late Prince Abubakar Audu – Son

The Leader of Prince Abubakar Audi’s family ,Prince Mohammed Abubakar Audu has called on members of Audi’s political group not to see the yearly cerebration of the death of Audu as an annual ritual , but a period of sober reflection and designing strategy to build on the legacies  of the late political icon.
Prince Mohammed who stated this at the third year remembrance of late Prince Abubakar Audu,  described his father as an embodiment of love and peace,  enjoining  all lovers of Audu to embrace peaceful coexistence so as to engender development in the state .
While stressing that the last three years have  been very challenging in terms of filling the vacuum created by the death of his late  father, he  however maintained that the Audu political family will continue to uphold those legacies left behind by the late Adoja, whom he described as a great achiever in all sphere of human endeavours.
Prince Muhammed who maintained that the entire family had found it deficult to cope with thought of living without their father three years after his death, however said that they are consoled with the fact that their father lived a fulfilled live.
Speaking during the occasion, a senatorial candidate of Action Democratic Party(ADC),  Dr Victor Adoji, regretted that the present crops of politicians only live for themselves alone instead of living for the people.
He however noted that prince Abakat Audu is being cerebrated today because he lived his life for others which he said accounted for numerous achievements recorded both in his private and Public life.
Also speaking the Kogi state leader of Kwankwasiya movement,  Mr Vicent Baba,  urged the political group and supporters of late Prince Audu to emulate the simplicity and  good work of the former governor of the state .
“The late Prince Abubakar Audu is a leader and a politician that does not discriminate base on political affiliation. We have to continue praying  for him at all time”
While calling for unity ahead of 2019 general elections , Mr Baba urged Audu’s political family to work together for the success of the group.
