Dr Oricha Support Group in Ogori-Magongo Celebrates His Compassionate, Philanthropic Gesture Award

Supporters and loyalist of the Director General Government House Administration, Alh. Dr. Umar Oricha Shuaibu, from Ogori-Magongo Local Government Area, have felicitated with him on his recent conferment of the Compassionate and Philanthropic Gesture Award by The Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals (NUAHP), Kogi State Council.

This was contained in a press statement released by the support group and signed by the Chairman, Hon Monday Anuwe in Lokoja.

According to the statement the Compassionate and Philanthropic Gesture Award is a well deserved one going by his records and his antecedents in philanthropist and humanitarian activities for over a decade.

The statement added that the supporters and loyalist of The Director General are highly elated

The statement added that for the Nigerian Union of Allied Health Professionals (NUAHP), Kogi State Council to consider it necessary to honour their own principal for his good works to humanity is an initiative that they wont take it for granted.

The conferment of the award on Alh. Dr. Umar Oricha Shuaibu took place in his office at the Government House when twenty members of NUAHP paid him a visit.

According to the media aide, the body of the NUAHP was led by Comr. Samuel Obafemi Obajemu who took his time to shower encomiums on Alh. Dr. Oricha Shuaibu, a man many people now refer to as “Oda-Yozari”, a type of eulogizing a good and generous man in Ebira language which means a man who makes provision for others to eat from.

While elucidating on the reasons for their visit, Comr. Obajemu that NUAHP as a body has embarked on this visit to say a big thank you to Alh. Dr. Umar Oricha Shuaibu for his unending love towards sick patients needing help to offset their medical bills.
